You know, the whole "rich, white people deserve to suffer, lose thier homes, family, way of life etc. in a natural disaster...since they should have been redistributing their wealth to the poor and minorities. A quick google shows that the death toll was put at 40 a few days ago in Grenada. Assuming human life is valued most, Grenada, lost about 2% the what was lost in Haiti.

Actually it's because Grenada didn't suffer anywhere on par with what's going on in Haiti. Haiti is pretty much deforested. The water has no place to go except the lowest point and pronto. A lot of the region hit is still underwater 5 days after the rains.
