I've been expecting stuff like this to surface since then, but I don't have faith in the MSM to report it accurately or follow up.
This and the oil for food scandal are probably two of the largest scandals ever to hit politics, but I can't imagine the leftist press covering it at all.

That's because the press is involved with both.
That's the real scandal. We knew the Dems would cheat to win and Saddam would bribe to stay in power, but the fact that our supposedly free press which built itself on exposing the truth and served as a check for the government, would accept bribe money and seek to influence the elections prove that they are the enemy and only look out for their own influence and power. They are no longer relevant.
We still haven't seen the list of individuals from the oil for food program that received bribe money from Saddam and we KNOW there are reporters on that list.
If CBS had simply admitted that the docs were fake, apologized to everyone involved, and retracted the story early on, it never would have reached the point of uncovering all this dirt. These crooks never learn, do they?
