Listening to Fox News this AM, as usual. One of their commentators -- Kristol -- noted with shock that after Allawi's address with President Bush the other day, Kerry basically said that Allawi's fledgling Iraqi democracy was just a puppet of the US government. Kristol added that this was disgraceful for anyone to say during a war, and especially disgraceful for a presidential cnadidate.
Man! Did that take me back to when I was in Vietnam and we'd listen to the radio and hear Kerryesque anti-US protestors back home screech that the South Vietnam government was just a "puppet for American imperialism." We all know how well off the Vietnamese were after the "liberators" from the north "unified the country."
Good ol' Kerry. Can't change his stripes. Once a bum, always a bum.

This will probably be reported by the media as evidence that the charges that Kerry is a flip flopper are false...his position with regard to US foreign policy hasn't changed since Vietnam.
You are right though, Kristol was pretty shocked by the whole thing.

It's interesting that Kerry suddenly knows enough about the war to criticize Allawi's assessment of it.
Until yesterday Kerry had successfully avoided a detailed plan to end the war because he didni't know enough.

Overtalking the Prime Minister on right-side of TV screen is Kerry, defaming the man for his own selfish political gain, like the unprincipled dirt bag he is.
No Vietnam needed on this one. It's a SLAM DUNK. Thoughts?
All the cable news network talking heads last night were saying that his attack on Prime Minister Allawi is going to hurt him "big-time".
It's almost like John Flip-flop Kerry is trying to lose this thing. But, then again, maybe the Clintonistas who came on board his campaign are orchestrating all of this. Either way, I'M LOVIN' IT !!!
I guess that would make Jaque Chirac Kerry's mistress.
I watch as the United States plays midwife to the birth of the free nation of Iraq and I am reminded of our infancy.
It's like peaking in on 1776. Just as our forefathers did, we see these modern founding fathers risking their lives for liberty and independence. I stand in awe.
