This may seem a bit cruel, but it's probably good that two storms hit the same area before repairs were completed. The overall economic impact will be less than if they hit entirely different areas.
My family lives in Miami, and they've been spared the brunt of any of these 4 storms.
It still causes a lot of hassle though, even if they don't hit.
Hopefully Jeanne will be the final one to hit land this year.
