I've had former North Vietnamese Army members tell me here in America that HO CHI MINH had lied to them during the Vietnam War when he told them to fght on because things would be so much better for all of Vietnam when once unified under Communism.
They then told me that everything got much worse in both the North and the South of Vietnam after the Fall of Saigon to Communist North Vietnamese invaders.
So much so that even they found themselves forced to flee that enslaved country right along side those they had conquered.
As they yelled out:

.."HO CHI MINH lied to us"

If any facts are uncovered to indicate that that is true, Dan Rather wants to be the first to break the story.
