Just posted on Tawid jihad group froum and translated to English.
1. Exchange hostage Ken Bigley with Sheik Omar Mahmoud Abou Omar held in Palmarsh prision UK two years ago without charges except other than he is a musilm who defends the mujahedin.
2. He must be never touched again, given recompense (possibly a house) along with 10 Muslims to be chosen by Sheik Abou Katada who will be released from prision and were jailed under the new laws of terrorism.
3. The UK Government has 2 days for a reply before hostage Ken Bigley will be executed.
4. Tawhid Jihad group will not kidnap Muslims that refuse to cooperate with the 'enemy.'
The letter then goes on to blame Allawi for groups that kidnap hostages for money. (in an obvious play to the uneducated Arab street)

There are contradictory reports about that. None of the reports have been confirmed.
