The school principal said:
“I just felt that the picture with the skeet shooting rifle was something that should not be in a yearbook, and it would be something that would create controversy.” (09/24/04)
He's 50% correct :)
But if it was something lefty that was equally controversial, like something pro abortion or pro gay, it would be the fault of the people who found it offensive, and not held against the one who wanted it included.
