The cheerleaders at Westbury High School did not wear their uniforms for yesterday's football game.
Instead, they wore blue jeans and white T-shirts with the names and photos of their friends who died the day before. The front of the shirt was "in loving memory" of cheerleader Anelie Thelemaque, the back read "RIP" for June graduate Guy "Myrakle" Victor, and the sleeve held a "get well" wish for classmate Tiffany Hagigal.
Early Saturday, while returning from a local restaurant where they had celebrated Hagigal's 17th birthday and her new driver's license, the teens were hit by a drunken driver, police said. They were just blocks from Hagigal's home when Gerrard Ganz, 32, struck the passenger side of her vehicle and shoved the car into a pole, police said.

The lawyer has already blamed the young driver victim by saying she just got her license....

And the miserable lying scum attorney for the drunk driver stated that it's too late to tell who was at fault.
Yeah that's what my mother said she heard on tv this morning *LOL* It's so ridiculous I just have to laugh.
I hope the lawyer has the same attitude should the same fate ever befall any of loved ones.
Yep that's why it's very important to have a designated driver. Also, if one has problems, it's not going to be at the bottom of a bottle either.
