Jimmy should do what he does best, and negotiate a fair and stable settlement. For example, have the DNC pay Florida $10 million and buy new voting machines. In exchange Jeb will promise not to send out the police to shoot any African-Americans headed to the local polling places. That should be enough to guarantee a fair election and could very well net Mr. Carter an unprecedented second Nobel Peace Prize.
