Hendawi is not an Irish name, and both Mr (?) Hendawi and AP may have, how shall I say, a small political bias. 2. Just as Paris is not necessarily France, and France is not necessarily Paris, Baghdad and the predominantly Sunni areas of Iraq are not necessarily representative of what the "average" Iraqi thinks. After all, 60 something percent of the population of Iraq is Shia, and not in the Sunni Triangle.
Well, what will be the real story is when it's found that those films are popular and traded at mosques around the country here.
