Bush needs to be prepared to whack him off at the knees if he reaches for the lie weapon. In the past, Kerry's use of incredible lies have left his opponents at a loss for words. If Bush nails him on a lie, he cannot leave the slightest out for Kerry, which is hard to do and still seem likeable. Bush needs to be ruthlessly blunt.
