NY Dem leader calls Bush ``simple Monday September 27, 2004 ALBANY, N.Y. (AP) New York's state Democratic Party chairman today called President Bush s ``simple.''

The attack from state Assemblyman Herman Farrell came as New York's Democratic leadership gathered to discuss how to rally rank-and-file party members.

There was no immediate comment from the Bush campaign, but state GOP Chairman Alexander Treadwell said Democrats were becoming ``nearly hysterical'' out of concern Democrat John Kerry might lose the heavily Democratic state.

Farrell and several other top Democrats used the state committee meeting to denounce Bush and Republican Governor George Pataki, who has become a Bush ``Super Ranger'' by raising millions of dollars for the president's re-election campaign.

If Bush wins NY you are talking a landslide which could help all Senate and House candidates. If he carries NY he will win the popular vote by 10 points or greater.

After watching Bush on OReilly tonight, Bush is simple but employs the KISS principle. Keep It Simple Stupid (DIMs). Protect America by going on the offensive and killing terrorists before they get us.

I don't get it!!!

One day, they call him simple, dumb and stupid, and the next, they complain about his Macchiavelian schemes!!!

Seems they have confusing standards to judge people's intellects.

How true! For a man (Bush) that is supposed to be such a "dim bulb", he has politically outmaneuvered the true Dems for the last 3+ years.....

Makes you wonder, doesn't it?

Simple truth or Good vs. Evil is a concept that the Libs cannot grasp.

I thought he sounded very much in command in tonight's segment. I hope he sounds like that in the debates.

If simple means honest, steady and dedicated as well ready to defend this country and intensely patriotic and complex means deceptive, cowardly and thin-skinned as well as duplicitious and ready to sell this country out to the UN and EU...dunno but I'll take simple every single time.

I PRAY the Dems continue to think this way. Anyone acting on a distorted picture of reality long enough is doomed.

If simple means that you don't have to worry about what is is, then I'm all for simple.

Besides, the landscape around Austin and Washington is littered with the carcasses of nuanced politicians that misunderestimated this President.

The Dems never learn. You would think after being out manuvered by the President for so long they would relize he's a whole lot sharper then they want to give him credit for, but hey, if they want to live with their delusions, who are we to stop them?

They think they are being defeated by a Texas barbecue jockie and it is driving them insane. (I know it is a short drive)
