Attempted Democratic Voter Fraud in Nashville
Hobbsonline ^ | Sept. 28, 2004 | Bill Hobbs

Posted on 09/28/2004 6:45:32 AM PDT by conservativecorner

Allegations of voter fraud are under investigation in heavily Democratic Nashville.

About 200 "citizens" who don't exist registered to vote in Davidson County for the Nov. 2 presidential election and now the Tennessee Bureau of Investigation is investigating the person who submitted those forms on behalf of Tennessee Citizen Action (TCA).

The false cards are believed to be the work of a temporary employee hired by Tennessee Citizen Action, a consumer advocacy group working to push voter registration. Voter registration fraud is a felony.

TBI spokesperson Jennifer Johnson confirmed Monday that District Attorney General Torry Johnson asked her department last week to investigate the incident and that investigation is ongoing.

The Nashville City Paper has the details. Tennessee Citizen Action is a left-wing organization and often works in conjunction with all of the other liberal/left-wing organizations that plague Tennessee politics.

Remember: If It's Not Close They Can't Cheat. Friday is the last day to register to vote in Tennessee. See this post for details on how to get registered in Tennessee.

In Tennessee? They'd have to manufacture 650,000 votes to win there!

Soro's money is paying campaign workers to register voters. Some of these workers are likely filling out the apps with false information without doing the legwork just to make their quota and get paid. They damn sure wouldn't be volunteer workers. Who would volunteer to help a filthy rich fool like kerry?

Is anyone keeping track of the states and incidence of attempted fraud.....Now Tenn. Plus Wisconsin, Ohio (Cleveland), Indiana (Gary), NYC, Pennsylvania,

Thanks to all the people who are exposing the fraud before the election.....Now the media needs to be putting out a comprehensive list and name names and party affiliation.

Attempted Democratic Voter Fraud in Nashville

Editorial note, when headlining an article on voter fraud ther use of the word "Democratic" or "Democrat" is superfluous.

Another example of Republicans trying to suppress votes. The Republicans are trying to "disenfranchise" dead people, drunks, illegals, retards, and the fictitious.

Forget using the word altogether, I prefer SOCIALISTS, it's synonymous with DemocRAT.

You are correct - and a similar count would be needed in many states. I know from my own efforts to mobilize folks to act on local issues, it is very tough to get people to act who are not equally passionate.

But we should be ever vigilant!

I get all my local political news from this forum mostly and since I just took my lads to Mum's Day Out I hadn't breezed the news yet here.

Nashville is odd....mostly conservative amongst whites except for some Vandy-Belmont lefties and a lot of lefty transplants...and the usual black bloc.

But, Nashville proper will always go Dem due to the demographics....now if peckerwoods here voted like they do down home then it would be a different matter but I can't see that happening with all the newcomers streaming in here from outside.

I doubt that many DEAD Democrats will show up at polling places - they will simply file ABSENTEE ballots from the graveyard.

Then we need to compile the information...Send it to Rush, Drudge, Hannity etc. and get the message out...

I haven't kept the threads that have been posted on this issue...an just asking that somewhere, somehow we start compiling them. We need the information on voter fraud all in one area and available.....From the NYT article on double registration in NYC and Floriduh..WIsc. Ohio, Ind, Penn, etc. etc...to the present and beyond.

Need a place to post links after we find the article....If's wide spread and it's being discovered before the elections.....Needs to be brought to the attention of all.

With a 16% lead, it's going to take a lot more. Tennessee is Bush country.

WE NEED TO START A VOTER FRAUD STORY REPOSITORY HERE AT FR. If anything can derail a Bush victory, this issue of voter fraud might. With Ohio, Iowa, Minnesota, Wisconsin, Pennsylvania, and other swing states reporting huge problems, it seems clear that the Dems are pulling out all the stops for voter fraud. Having a central repository for such fraud information could prove valuable in the future.

That seems to be going on in all decent sized cities in
the South. I hate to see that happen.

And the MSM ain't gonna TOUCH this one...

Actually SEE-BS Radio News talked about the Justice Dept. investigating possible voter fraud in Wisconsin, New Mexico, Ohio, Florida, and several others.

Of course after that they had a sound bite of a Democrat hack saying that it was just a bunch of "mistakes" and that the investigations intimidate new voters which are all minority.

It's not the dead people...it's the people who are living, who are registered, but never vote (or haven't voted in 20-odd years). Suddenly places like, oh, *Philadelphia* will have tons and tons of absentee ballots coming from such people, where the statewide election is close.

Please, oh, please, someone post here telling me that they're looking out for this (images of Dem city officials handing out lists of people who never vote to ballot forgers crossing my mind).

It's a NO win situation for this administration.

If we don't investigate, they'll get away with voter fraud.
If we do, the MSM/DNC will claim voter intimidation!!!!

Its better to win and debunk the msm/dnc claims of "intimidation" than lose and try to prove dnc voter fraud.

I think it would be smart, essential even to keep a data base here on FR of the fraud. It would not hurt to sue for the fraudulent names that were filed to vote and check the voter registry of those states that keep voter registers to check for the name.

This is why it is so important to have a national standard for national elections. Registries kept, voters registered and checked for legality. If a State refuses to accept the standards their votes go in the trash can.

The vote is the most powerful tool of the citizen to change his government. It should not be left to be tampered with by socialist pigs using any means to float their agenda and hellish Utopia.

Please Pass Emergency Anti-Vote Fraud Measure Immediately!

Vote fraud threatens the very core of our republic, and it directly threatens our sovereignty

Please send the following message to your Congressmen and Senators:

Please pass, on an expedited basis, emergency legislation to require voters to show ID at all polling places on Election Day.

Vote fraud threatens the very core of our republic, and it directly threatens our sovereignty. There is a significant amount of evidence emerging that evinces a wide-spread plot to engage in massive voter fraud. Thus, Congress must take immediate action to counter this potential menace.

Congress has the express power to dictate the time, place, and manner in which federal elections are held. The congressional power to make or alter time, place, or manner of federal elections extends to the regulation of voter registration. Federal regulation of the electoral processes, including the regulation of federal voter registration, is also consistent with the Tenth Amendment and permissible; although states do have broad discretion to enact and implement registration procedures, states may not transgress the Constitution. It follows that state voter registration and Election Day statutes that are inconsistent with federal voter registration and Election Day mandates are preempted.

As per the Federal Court in Byrd v. Brice, the government may require a voter to furnish proof of identity at the polling place on Election Day. Such a measure would go a long way in protecting citizens’ federal voting rights from fraudulent practices.

Please set to work immediately on enacting emergency legislation to require a valid ID at the polling places on Election Day.
