Lowered expectations are only good if you can in fact exceed them.
I tend to look for more that a characture when I vote, although ayt present, that has what Kerry has reduced himself to.
MSM is already lowering expectations of Kerry.
This Kerry talking point of "whether it was worth it depends on the outcome" is dangerous and should be repudiated strongly by the President. It signifies weakness, vacillation, and indecisiveness.
A CIC has no such luxury of guaranteed outcomes in any decision.
