hello Mia

"Thank you very much, tonight, Jim. Thank you, Senator.
"If America shows uncertainty or weakness in this decade, the world will drift toward tragedy. That's not going to happen so long as I'm your President. The next four years, we will continue to strengthen our homeland defenses. We will strengthen our intelligence-gathering services. We will reform our military. The military will be all-volunteer army. We will continue to stay on the offense. We will fight the terrorists around the world so we do not have to face them here at home.
"We'll continue to build our alliances. I'll never turn over America's national security needs to leaders of other countries as we continue to build those alliances. And we'll continue to spread freedom. I believe in the transformational power of liberty, I believe that a free Iraq is in this nation's interest. I believe a free Afghanistan is in this nation's interest. I believe both a free Afghanistan and a free Iraq will serve as a powerful example for millions who plead in silence for liberty in the broader Middle East.
"We've done a lot of hard work together over the last three-and-a-half years. We've been challenged, and we've risen to those challenges. We've climbed the mighty mountain. I see the valley below and it's a valley of peace. By being steadfast and resolute and strong, by keeping our word, by supporting our troops, we can achieve the peace we all want.
"I appreciate your listening tonight. I ask for your vote. And may God continue to bless our great land."

Kerry's been wearing a belt like Dubya's for several months, now I see that he's left the necktie off too.

Well done, Mia T!
Nice work as always, Mia T.
John Kerry is every european socialists wet dream come true. They are thinking "wow if this guy wins we will have the usa in our pocket"!!.
Go W.
If Kerry is elected (a big IF) he will have a hard time explaining to the american people why he consults Khofi Annan on american domestic policy.
I can hear it now..."Mr. General Secretary what should i do about this 18% tax increase on comsumer goods? Also.....i want to appoint Governor Jim McGreevey as Director of Central Intelligence and Al Sharpton as head of Homeland Security...does that sound ok?"
And Annan Replies " Ok ... let me talk to the French and i'll get back with you."
Amen!
"Hey Dubya, will ya help me bump Mia's thread?!"
Hi,
Speaking of media. I wonder what the hard numbers on these blogger sites are as far as liberal and conservative. Im very new to this and i just love freerepublic.com but im sure its not all by itself. Im just curious how many liberal blog sites there are and what numbers they have vs. conservative sites.
Have you heard any data on this?
Back to the point. I agree with you that this election is a matter of our very way of life here in these great United States. I get very frustrated sometimes when i see poll numbers that show this race very close. I just want to shout "why cant you see Kerry is an awful excuse of a man"? But all i can do is voice my opinion on here and vote and hope for the best.
Go W.
