Oh, dear, are they going to go for a "women's work at home needs to be recognized by the government" (i.e., regulated/taxed/harassed). When women stay at home to care for Hub/kids, that frees up a job for a dad, no FICA taxes are paid for, no 401(k) to be raided...it's just awful. And then, what if those at-home moms homeschool....and band together to fight property taxes that go to fund public education of which they do not partake...oh, this could get interesting.

The Concerned Women of America have TONS more members, yet are regularly ignored by the media for opinions on "women's issues," - NOW - go away. We got your number. You're peddling unhappiness and failure and we ain't buying it.

You have hit the nail on the head. I just so happen to be one Mother that did take my children's education into my own hands. I ernestly work for school tax dollars to be returned to the rightful owner, the educator, which in this case is me.

Anyone who opposes the actions/intent of NOW, be prepared to organize to fight them tooth and nail. Because the media, of course, will give them all the time they want to spew their good deeds.
