Kerry said this last night:

"If the president had shown the patience to go through another round of resolution, to sit down with those leaders say, "What do you need? What do you need now? How much more will it take to get you to join us?" -- we'd be in a stronger place today."

What did Kerry mean by this?

Well, remember the coalition of the coerced. Kerry's would be the coalition of the"purchased"!

This tactic is what he and Carter have in mind for Korea. And its what Korea has in mind as well, they really enjoy blackmailing us. It was tried before.....we see the results!

He means that Bush didn't give large enough bribes to the coerced and the bribed.
