Here in Chester County, Pennsylvania, we have the punch cards of good ol' "Hanging Chad" fame. Having served as a Judge of Elections, I knew what total BS the whole chad issue was... I found that the punch ballots work perfectly fine, despite my initial surprise of encountering them when I moved here (having grown up with lever machines even in rural New York State).
