IF it can be proven, then doesn't the charge 'KERRY CHEATED' hold some weight? My caveat is, only if it can be proven. Don't want to charge this without serious proof, otherwise we'd be like those DU conspiracy types.
My own deep down feeling is he had the questions beforehand.

Are we ever going to be really prove he broke the rules? I doubt it. That doesn't mean the question shouldn't be asked, given the circumstantial evidence shown in the video. Look at the forest, or you'll forever be lost and going in circles.

That's my gut feeling as well concerning him having the noted beforehand, or at least was able to review the questions beforehand. After cBS I wouldn't doubt anything when it comes to trying to throw an election.
