That's a ridiculous post. I expected Bush to be rested and ready for this debate. Does that mean I don't deserve him? After watching that I started thinking does he really deserve us? Honestly. I was out there all last weekend, as were thousands of others across the country. We are doing our part, he didn't do his. Sorry. That's how I feel. This is too important for him to get comfortable. If it meant not going out and seeing hurricane victims until the next day, I don't see how that would have been so horrible. Sue me.

Quite frankly, I find your post ridiculous -- shall we have a contest?! [Can you tell I'm in no mood for diplomacy?!]

BTW: I was among the thousands working last weekend, this weekend and a zillion other weekends!

Americans always deserve the ideal leadership and corresponding to human frailties, always get something less. That's what a democratic republic is all about. Our leaders are not gods. I refuse to kowtow to anyone. That makes me a proud American. We elect human beings to office, and we expect them to be imperfect. That's why we change leaders from time to time!

I wish I could photoshop this and put you FR whiners in the spot where 'Democratic Party' goes.....

You don't have a CLUE, Hildy.

Do you KNOW what kind of a day President Bush had Saturday??? He appeared THREE places in Ohio and in between appearances he met with and wept with the parents of a family here in Mansfield who lost a son in Iraq.

To say that HE'S not working and YOU are is both asinine and childish.

Deb, I'm with you. The whining and griping about the President's letting these babies down because of one stinking debate that he actually WON, is making me absolutely SICK.

After all that the President has to put up with-nasty Dem politicians, the media, running the country and now "supporters" like you try and brow beat him.BTW, I think he was great in that first debate.I don't know which one you were looking at. People such as Laura Ingraham, and few other conservative media types really get under my skin because they criticize President Bush at the drop of a hat! Like they know everything and what they say is gospel! I'm if I ranted but I'm truly sick and tired of people so quick to criticize the President. It's really down right sickening!imho.

Thank you! I know many Republicans who have been solid supporters of Bush (myself included) who were really disappointed by his performance in the debate.

Unfortunately the Kool-Aid drinkers can't tolerate the smallest criticisms of Bush, even when they are overwhelmingly shown to be deserved.
