The reason most of the apparel industry went off shore is because of several reasons, 1 it became difficult to find new employment that was willing to work in factory jobs, 2 Bill Clinton passed Nafta, made it cheaper to make out of the country, I think what we need to realize is we are going through a change, just like we did when we went from agriculture to manufacturing, then to technology. people have to change with the demand of the employer.
