If memory serves, Texas will likely have a net gain of roughly 14 Pubbie seats in the house(Dims-7; Pubbies+7) due to redistricting. That's a huge number in the overall scheme of things. I can't recall any state where Dims actually gained in the last, say, 2 - 4 years, but I could have missed something.
