This is a very good--easy reading article that touches all the BASIC topics just to really " Introduce " to an average reader to WHAT he program is/how started/ main names involed/ and main topic info of COUNTRIES involved to "....get your feet wet" about it.

The Liberal DEMOCRATS---their "IDOL" falling down before them--WHERE will they turn to NOW for DIRECTION on how to build a EUROPEAN UTOPIA in the United States now (...Kerry) that their HEROS will be shown to have a HAND ( although maybe not directly--but involved and responsible for): 1,000 US / Coalition DEATHS, Be-headings, the STALL getting in, and the HUNDREDS of THOUSANDS of GASED/CHEMICAL/BOMBED murders accuring the UN HAD to know about in Iraq---but still did business with.

This is the most important UN-related story since Kurt Waldheim, and it is the most under-reported story of the past three years. This scandal lies at the root of the International resistance to the Iraq war and the reconstruction efforts. The NYT, as far as I know, has never printed a single front-page article on this and probably not a single article at all. The WSJ, thankfully, has continually brought up the subject.

We should all write our representatives. I would do an email just for numbers' sake, but to make an impact, write a letter and handwrite the address and return address on the envelope. The letter should be typed so as to be legible, signed and dated. These details make a difference.

Many of URP's officials and some in the U.S. are as guilty as a little kid caught with his hand in the cookie jar..
