We could have an online contest to see who can create the best draft notice to distribute among democrats.

Opening sentence:

"Greetings from the US Government, Halliburton Corporation, the Project for a New American Century, and the Most Learned Elders of Zion."

Moran himself voted against the bill. Even more amusing, Charlie Rangel himself actually voted against his own bill, and then claimed that he did so because it wasn't given serious enough consideration.

This was held at a public high school? A one-sided debate from the libtards, with no counterbalance? Was this during school hours? Isn't this against the law? WTF?

"Wilson, after 28 years in the foreign service, was fired by the Bush administration for exposing Bush's lie, contained in his 2003 State of the Union message, that Saddam Hussein was attempted to acquire yellow cake uranium from Niger. Subsequently, someone in the Bush administration leaked to journalist Robert Novak, among others, the secret identity of Wilson's wife, Valerie Plame, who was operating in a clandestine CIA operation at the time."

Correct me if I'm wrong, but wasn't Wilson a retired anbassador? He wasn't fired by Bush, was he? And there's no evidence that Plame was operating in a "clandestine CIA operation" when this controversy arose, is there? Am I wrong?

This is a concerted disinformation campaign by the Democrats to scare young people the same way that they scare the seniors. They are trying to gin up the anti Bush vote among the young people. Right now Bush holds the lead in this group. Even the WSJ ran an article today that claimed that recruitment among Blacks was down and insinuating that a draft was not completely impossible. The article never mentioned a draft, just that there is a possiblility that recruitment goals might not be met.

I guess the fact that the House voted down the bogus Dem draft bill by a 402-2 margin doesn't register on Moran's radar.

It didn't register on the reporters radar either. They left that little tidbit out of the article. Why spoil a really good story line with a few discordant facts.

Sen MORON is experiencing the creeping effects of severe senility. The sack of crap should have retired decades ago.

We're trying, dammit, we're trying! :-(

Note that Moran's remarks were made on Monday (Oct. 4). The bill was voted down on Tuesday evening (Oct. 5). Moran is still an idiot though.

The only real difference between Jim Moron and this fella is the wardrobe - and the fact that they're polluting different coasts.

Rep. Moran (a certifiable flake if there ever was one) has come out with this claim a mere one day after the House of Representatives defeated the recreation of the draft by a vote of 402 against and 2 for it. Clear proof, if more be needed, that Moran is a lying sack of sh*t.
