I don't think this is accurate. My kid has been snorkeling there the last two weeks, plus the open Red Sea and the populated areas of Saudi along the Red Sea are hundreds of miles away. It's like saying don't go swimming in Florida because of Haiti being unsanitary.

Listening to Michael Savage radio show, he's furious with msnbc for not calling this what it is, in their scrolling headlines.
He said they are deceptive (what's new here?) and misleading by stating that this is an attack on Egypt.

I think there comes a time when we realize that this is politics AND religion. The separation of Church and State is a relatively new concept, historically speaking, and those in power have, since the dawn of time, been using the relative ignorance of the masses to create all sorts of systems which could be used to gain and keep power. Often, all it takes is a convincing story to gain converts, like the guy who castrated himself and then led those poor souls wearing Nikes into the great beyond. Or Jim Jones, who made Grape Kool-Aid famous. Then you have the Salem witch trials, the Spanish Inquisition, the Reformation, I could go on and on.

Islam also begets hate (try studying it). At some point, as has happened time after time throughout history, non-muslims rise up to combat the murdering rampage and world conquest that islam goes on every so often (called for in the koran, it is their islamic duty). Once again history repeats itself.
The rage against islam is once again starting. Cause and effect. Not that destroying the pyramids is a brilliant idea, they have absolutely nothing to do with islam and should be protected.
Things don't always turn out as first reported and I was taking a wait and see and giving Egypt the benefit of the doubt. I got to thinking , wouldn't any country immediately close their borders in an attack and screen who went in and out? I really hope their response was better than these first reports though. Praying for the victims.
