Bush has caught 75% of the terrorists.

Kerry's logic makes people think that liberals hate America.

Kerry said instead of a tax cut we needed to spend more on homeland security. But Bush invented Homeland Security.

We need to limit immigration and post our military on the Mexican border.

Sadaam used weapons of mass destruction.

Muslim men beat their women. Yet, Democratic women in America bash Bush in support of Muslims; what un-American bigotry.

The Democrats send messages to our enemy that gives them hope.

Eighty five percent of insurgents fighting American soldiers are from other Arab nations. Iraq is a great solution to rid future terrorists. The war is working out better than we dreamed.

The French disregarded the U.N. sanctions.

Clinton raised taxes. Bush lowered them. Who pays for increased spending, Kerry?

But, you see, this article uses logic Kerry voted against allowing logic in this election.

/sarcasm

Good article, I do have someone who needs to see this one.

Held his own. Wish it could have been better. Kerry is tough. When Kerry praised a general who supports him, pointing to his accomplishments in the Gulf War, Bush missed a great opportunity to remind audience that Kerry opposed the Gulf War despite the presence of a large coalition and the fact the most of the cost was borne by allies, notably Saudi Arabia.

Bush kicked Kerry's butt around the stage like an old football.

The opening question set the tone for rest of the evening.

How many of you noticed that Bush spoke directly to the camera, the audience and the people and Kerry spoke directly to Bush???

This second debate was a warm up for the third one. Bush is going to throw down a Texas whoop ass on Kerry. Kerry's head will be spinning around ...but that is pretty normal, I guess.

"For me, the most stunning moment of the whole evening was when George Bush was asked to name three mistakes that he has made ... and the President couldn't even name one mistake." John F. Kerry

1) Charlie Gibson probably read the Mark Halperin memo and picked the question for a reason.

2) Ever been in a job interview where they ask you for your biggest weakness, or your three worst mistakes? What would an expert advise you do to?

3) This was clearly a "gotcha" question for our President because the flip side was not, "Mr. Kerry name three of YOUR mistakes", it would be "Mr. Kerry please comment on the President's self-admitted mistakes, and please feel free to pile on".

4) At least ABC should have the common decency to register as a 527 organization, right behind See-BS.

Next question is for Mr Kerry: Many corporations like Heinz have moved operations off-shore. How does it feel to be married to Benedict Arnold? You have 2 minutes.

Mr. Kerry a follow-up: You said earlier that you recently met with the UN Security Council. Why, and what was your intensions?

Kerry said, "We don't have the right to tell North Korea or Iran that they shouldn't develop nuclear weapons, when we're trying to develop a bunker busting nuclear missile." So, if we have nuclear bombs, Muslims have a right to have nuclear bombs.

IMO this is one of the most frightening aspects of a Kerry presidency, his belief that there's a moral equivalence between the U.S. and a crazed Islamofacist regime like Iran or a communist hellhole like NK. His answer to the "most important threat today", nuclear proliferation, is to disarm us so that Europe will like us better. (Huh-lo, haven't we danced that dance already?) I hope and pray people out there are hearing what he's saying beneath all the pompous rhetoric.

This is the sort of logic that makes people think that liberals hate America.

No, it's the sort of logic that makes people KNOW that liberals hate America.

Kerry was really caught off-guard when he gave his weasel flip flop answer to the (I imagine Catholic) woman who gave him the most hardass question of the evening about abortion. He was stammering...I don't think he expected it.

President Bush gave the better answer. Interesting how John Kerry earlier tried to lambast the President over "labels" and how they don't mean anything, yet he made sure he acclaimed himself "a Catholic" to the questioner...not to mention bringing up "conservative" judges later on in the debate. Who is labeling who?
