If the litigation can be held on to until oh, say Nov of '08, can W legally run again (and squash that Hitlery bug once an for all) since he will have only been "elected" per the law, one time?

Yes, there is an attempt underway to hijack our country--even our form of government.
Most people who work for the government and people who are single tend to vote Democrat more often than married people working in the private sector. Democrats try to see to it that more people are single and work for the government. The Democrats are building their voter base every time they get into office, and too often, Republican congressmen are unknowingly voting to help them get away with it.
I believe that the Bush Administration is aware of most of that, and that the President has several plans that he's trying to follow through on to stop it. It can't be done in one term, but we can try to help him follow through with it by helping with the vote.

I sometimes believe the reason why SunTzu is required reading for today's maneuver warfare student, is a veiled communication to warn the military officer about the fog of war.
When applied to domestic enemies against the constitution, who have already won many a victory within our government and not been held accoutable for their traitorous activities, the fog of war is directly applicable.
When one studies the long range goals and consistent operational art of communism and socialism, I also wonder if Communist China doesn't have very real intentions of overtaking the US and our sovereignty, but has not yet acted to an outright military invasion, simply because they can gain so much more by not appearing to pose an outward military threat.
This then leads me to consider how much the US has lessened in military power from 20 years ago and again from 60 years ago, along with the newer maneuver warfare as applied in our victory in Iraq. I don't see much preventing the Chinese from a similar styled military campaign through most of the US should they devote themselves to it.
In evaluating these ideas, I also observe Clinton's later year correspondance with Mexico, China and Vietnam along with his attempts in the Balkans to appease the Muslims.
When meglamaiacs stop receiving power, they frequently have no qualms in resorting to any form of criminal behavior imaginable. I wouldn't be surprised if the same socialists in our government, wouldn't sell out the US, even to acting as fifth columnists in an invasion by foreign enemies, if they believed they would become powerful representatives of that foreign power in their victory.
If the socialists don't retake the White House in the next 8 years, I suspect the risk of foriegn threats directly upon our homeland will increase from their direct involvement. If they do land in the White House, I suspect they will further emasculate our ability to defend the Constitution.
IMHO, the sooner they are removed from power and brought to justice the less chance of direct threats to the COnstitution.
What if I told you that mainstream news rooms across America were working in tandem with these organizations, their backers, and the DNC Kerry Campaign by shaping the headlines to suit the purposes of this so-called “progressive” agenda, in a clear cut attempt to advance their common cause of a socialist America?
This is evident from the way the newscasts are put together. Hanoi John has received an amazing amount of positive face time compared to President Bush. The vast majority of news stories out of Iraq and Afghanistan are of American loses – allied loses are seldom mentioned in our media. Even the human interest type of stories are not making it out of Iraq – although I remember one from Afghanistan a few months ago.
I had credited this as the result of far left liberal professors indoctrinating their journalism students with the Walter Cronkite style of news reporting – if it makes America look bad, or if it makes it look like we are losing and the good, brave, determined freedom fighters (Arab terrorists) are winning publish it.
Then the conspiracy theory started forming.
As I surf through the news broadcasts I notice they all have the same stories. Often shown in the same order with the same lead and commentary. This is too much to credit to like thinking. It is almost (?) as if one voice is calling the shots.
The no holds barred MSM effort to conceal GW's debate bodyslamming of Kerry is part of that plan to convince the public that the voters are split down the middle on the candidates. This makes fraud easier, they don't have to steal as many votes and dig up so many dead people. By belittling GW at every turn, they hope to keep republicans and independents from voting at all. Lie, cheat, and steal is the name of the game. Winner take all.

I posted this same list of commie goals about 6 months ago. It got about 10 responses, then disappeared....completely! It's good to see someone else who knows what is realy going on.
You're doing pretty good for 4am! I wood of mispelled at leest evry other werd. It's 9pm here and I've been working on an important presentation all weekend, looking out for my own errors.
