THE ABC OUTRAGE

October 10, 2004 -- Mainstream media bias against Republican presidental candi dates is a fact of American po litical life. Rarely, though, has this been so evident as this year; the establishment media seems to have become a wing of John Kerry's campaign.

One unusually candid member of the liberal media mafia admitted as much during the Democratic convention.

Evan Thomas, assistant managing editor of Newsweek, offered this confession on media bias on the PBS program "Inside Washington."

"The media, I think, wants Kerry to win. And I think they're going to portray Kerry and Edwards — I'm talking about the establishment media, not Fox — as being young and dynamic and optimistic, and there's going to be this glow about them, collective glow."

Whereupon his magazine published a — how best to put this — glowing cover story dubbing the Democratic duo "The Sunshine Boys."

This was hardly an isolated incident — though we'll get to Dan Rather and his hatchet work in a bit.

I clicked the link. Afterwards I got a spyware ad from the DNC saying Kerry has a plan.

ABC is biased? No not Peter Jennings too. It seems like this crazy liberal bias is spreading into many respected news organizations. I even heard that even CBS might not be giving Bush a fair shake.

It is obvious that the "Mainstream Newsmedia" has become a propaganda machine whose immediate purpose is the election of Kerry and the defeat of Bush.

As the November election nears, this propaganda intensifies and becomes more and more hysterical, blatant, and ruthless.

The American people are now subjected to the most powerful, relentless, and ubiquitous barrage of propaganda in history.

They MUST resist this propaganda. The centre MUST hold. Americans MUST remain steadfast. The fate of the United States and the fate of the world depend upon it.

This is the most important election in American history.

Americans MUST resist this relentless propaganda and re-elect President Bush. The fate of the world depends upon their ability to do so.

Personally I think that Kerry is the front man for Ted Kennedy, both of whom are Transnational Progressive Elites. My great fear is that we are witnessing the attempted hijacking of the US political system.

If Bush remains in power then allot of stuff will come to light (just did) that will expose some awful facts.

But not because Bush or any Republicans will shine that light. The Republicans seem obsessed with covering up Democrat transgressions. Republicans have become a majority in the Congress and have a president ins spite of themselves.

This election will not only be a rejection of the disease of liberalism, but will serve to undermine the old media's claim to the truth. If the truth is that Col Killian wrote a memo with CYA as the subject line, I'll eat the memo.

"My great fear is that we are witnessing the attempted hijacking of the US political system."

This is exactly what we are witnessing. The "Mainstream Newsmedia" is complicit.

Democrat leaders are determined to seize power at any cost. Forgery, distortion, lies, propaganda--such things pose no impediment to them.

They need no excuse, but, if they should, they will say that the Republicans "hijacked" "the US political system" in the 2004 election. This is not true, but it is their argument, and they have convinced many of their willing followers that it is true. Since the Supreme Court made the final ruling on this, they consider it of utmost importance to elect Kerry so that he can stack the Supreme Court with those who think like he does.

If these people can seize power, they will appoint those of like mind to the Supreme Court and in other ways solidify their power so that they will never be disentrenched, and the United States will never be the same again. They rejoice in this prospect.

Their vision for the United States is essentially Marxist and totalitarian.

They have already shown that their tactics are ruthless and that mendacity, immorality, distortion, propaganda, and anything else that serves their purpose, are, to them, nothing more than clever strategy.

If these people should succeed, the US will never be the same again.

This is why this is the most important presidential election in American history.

And this is why President Bush MUST be re-elected.

These media dons have been "Kingmakers" in America for too long... When they couldn't overcome Ronald Reagan's positive message and attitude, they tried to demonize him the whole time he was in office; then had to eat crow when the truth of his achievements was evident to everyone - especially upon his death.

Now they are doing everything in their deceitful, lying power to demonize President Bush, to brand him "stupid" exactly as they did President Reagan.

I don't listen to them any more; haven't for a long time. What else can I do to help do a little of my own "demonizing" of the Kingmakers for a change?

I also feel Kerry is a Kennedy proxy. Everybody knows Ted Kennedy could never be elected nation wide, but if the Democrats worked at it hard enongh, they could get someone elected that is wired at the hip to him.

What I find most disturbing is, at the height of Rathergate scandal, with all the hypocracy he could muster, Dan Rather looked at everyone of us and said: So What! So we have not properly scrtinized the memo's, but their accuracy doesn't matter, it's the content that counts!

Now we have ABC blatently doing the same thing: Scrutinize Bush more heavily than Kerry, and SO WHAT!

The lamestream is coming out of the closet with an arrogance that is very very scary. They are no longer even pretending to be "fair & balanced", and SO WHAT!

Mark Halperin was on "This week w/ George Snuffolopocus". How in the world can ABC allow that Bolshevik to show his face. The old media's arrogance is sickening

Exactly right!!.....Dan Rather with his " there is no investigation NOR should there be " and this ABC thing and the VERY SUNDAY afterwards they put him on the shows, to SHOW US, what we think is irrelevent to them.....and now Fox is joining the MSM in ignoring this story too and has dropped almost anything at all about Rathergate....
I've sent I bet 500 emails on the ABC story...have not heard from one person, nor will I....they dont care about me, nor do they care if I watch their stations, FOX either ...
