I did not know there was a time limit for prayers. Perhaps you can tell me what Miss Manners has to say on this.

I offer prayers for his soul that he will be met with the loving hand of our Father up in heaven. (this is my perspective and not for debate).

I also included prayers for his family, while they grieve.
