The John Wayne stamp, painted by Drew Struzan, is based on a black-and-white publicity still taken for the 1962 film, The Man Who Shot Liberty Valance. It was officially issued last month at Grauman's Chinese Theatre in Hollywood, Calif.

The postmaster I talked to said they were available on the 9th of Sept. Took him a while to get them.

Newday is really late with this "news".

The Stamps have been out for at least 2 weeks.

Wonder when they will announce the winner of the Presidential Debate.....

BTW, I wonder if they know it's President Bush and not President Gore?
