I'm "hooked" as well and had my family tree nearly completed but it was on a propriety program by ancestry.com so I can no longer open it. I need to contact them other than by email in hopes of getting my access back. This stemmed from identity theft of CC info which forced me to cancel and get another. I was dropped by ancestry without question or comment.

A lot of paths lead to old cemetaries, lots of questions to be answered there as well. I have found a wealth of information that way.
