Dems have filed suit against Nader being on ballot in PA--a major swing state. Nader has over 56K sigs, needs only 25K to be on ballot. The lawsuit and appeals are dragging on and on. Absentee ballots HAVE NOT BEEN MAILED TO OUR MILITARY OVERSEAS AND NEED TO BE BACK BY OCT 29.
