I have been curious about this for years.
I have always felt that his Paris trips could not pass without a serious response from the USN.
Just like Clinton's trip to the then Czecholslovakia in 1968. NO ONE was allowed in there at the time. '68 is the year that there was an uprising and the Soviet tanks rolled in.
Clinton gets to go to CZ? In '68? What's up with that?
