That's a joke, Ed Hendee owns the Taste Of Texas steakhouse (mighty fine steaks in Houston). He used to fill in as host on conservative talk radio and now he is a permanent host. One of the other hosts used to hound him that he wanted to get a chicken fried steak there and it wasn't available.
