As a Minnesotan, I roll my eyes or wince most times when Senator Dayton speaks.
If only Rod Grams had been a more effective or visible Senator, we wouldn't have to put up with Mark "Buy A Seat In The Senate" Dayton!
Grams had several defects that Dayton and his millions of dollars finally exploited. There's gotta be a Republican in MN that can make sure Dayton is a one-termer...
I don't think it was Grams' lack of visibility or effectiveness that got him into trouble...
