Of course we know sKerry thinks he's above the law.
We know he 'practiced' law.
(Practice till he gets it right?)
He thinks he's above the law in another particular instance besides gun laws...
The law about giving 'aid & comfort to the enemy'.

Does he deer hunt with it, crawling along on his belly in the underbrush?

Well now, that one would be a full auto version, wouldn't it? I wonder if he pays his yearly dues?

As best I understand MA gun laws, AK-47s are banned within the Boston city limits. As are a host of other...ahem...assault weapons for that matter. But I don't think they are banned state-wide.

Perhaps because he is a US Senator he is immune from prosecution for his illegal bring back

If it is semi auto it is NOT an AK-47 but it falls under the mis label 'assault rifle' or the even more inaccurate assault weapon label...which Kerry may legally own but probably not in Boston or Mass.

It would be great to see John F Kerry get his comeuppance for his plethora of crimes against veterans, the US Navy and the USA

Peons, serfs, and vassals (aka the unter menchen among John F Kerry's most kindred spirits) must remember that the elite and demi royalty are immune from prosecution and above the laws reserved for their underlings and servants...It's the Euro way.

But it was never intended to, nor should it ever be, the American way

imo

Laws don't apply to the Liberal Elite.

s,
Presumably not with that weapon, but he has made that very claim before- crawling on his belly in the underbrush, hunting deer. He claims to have seen a 16-point buck somewhere on Cape Cod.

According to Howie Carr, Cape area sportsmen have never heard of a buck that size on the Cape.

Last time I checked the state of MA, does not allow ownership of any select-fire weapons whatsoever.

He also broke the law by bringing a select-fire weapon home from Nam.

These crimes, if true, will end his presidential bid.
We need everyone to contact all news outlets on this one.

He's claimed to go deer hunting with his trusty double-barrel 12-gauge, so I was just wondering about the AK-47. ;o)

And the fascist-marxist loving propaganda serving main stream media will never in a million years hold Monsieur Kerry's feet to the fire on any of his lies or many other transgressions..

Only the Internet and a handfull of media outlets will pursue the truth...

So naturally the FCC acting in the best interests of the propagandists over the tax payers
wants to shut this down...

Home shopping channel stuff on 'the net' will be ok...but no exposing our so called leaders or public officals

mafia on the hill....

IMO

Some weapons were allowed back into the states as legitimate "war souveniers" these weapons had to be processed thry the Military Police and rendered permanantly inoperative (a paperweight for the mantel) ATF paperwork for such decommissioned weapons was provided to the person claiming it as spoils of war.

If the Kerry weapon is in that class it should be easily proven by coming up with the ATF forms. Such "weapons" are no longer guns as they absolutely positively cannot be fired.

I was an Army Military Customs Cop and processed many such weapons so they could be shipped back to the ststes with the service member's other personnel effects.

After his revealing comment in the Field and Stream interview about his Chinese assualt rifle being his favorite weapon, the campaign backtracked.

First, they admitted that an aide had filled out the interview questionaire (those pesky aides again), then that the so-called assault weapon was actually a single shot bolt operated rifle with no markings from China.

So far, no offers from Kerry to come out on the front porch with it.

s,
Seems like just another case of owning it before he didn't own it.

Or something.

This woudl be great... if true. Sadly, there is far too much second-hand info here. It needs to be confirmed, preferably photographically, and even more preferbly... video.

Oh, and don't forget his "favorite weapon," the Chinese assault rifle that he said he has before he said he didn't have it.

My father in law had to take weeks to get the permits to get a 22 target pistol, he lives in Mass. An AK-47 is a felony in that state.
