Nice job with the article! Thanks for posting it. Full speed ahead to the Swifties!!!

Welcome to FR. Does your screenname indicate that you are/were in the Air Force? I used to "Aim High" myself! :)

Hi Jen, I'm really glad you like the article. And thanks for the warm welcome. No, I've never been in the Air Force, although my Dad was in WWII. So are you retired AF? Navy pilot? love all our military.

Well... I was in the Air Force for a number of years... The exact number of years is something I keep to myself - because I'm vain! hahahaha But just between you and me, yes I am "retired" from the Air Force. I served 20 years and ONE DAY! hahahahaha Of course, I signed up when I was 12 - it was a top secret program... ;-) Never was a pilot, but I do have about 2 minutes of F-16D "stick" time - which I got during an orientation flight I received as an incentive when I was assigned to a fighter squadron.

Very nice to meet you! I love your screen name - wish I'd thought of it! But, I couldn't think of anything more original than "Jen". hahahaha

Thanks for supporting our military! They rock!!!

It's hard being a newbie here, but take heart, most of us were raked over the coals for our first post too, I still cringe everytime I hit "submit"! LOL

We definitely appreciate intelligent people like you as new members.

Life's truest heroes never carve their name
On marble columns built for their acclaim;
They build instead a legacy that springs
From faithful service to the King of kings. —Gustafson

A life lived for God leaves a lasting legacy.

Mayor, may I use your wonderful Gustafson quote above on my profile page?

May God bless and protect the Swiftees as they work in service to the King of Kings, in service to the truth, and in service to our beloved nation -- may we be deserving of their sacrifice of reputation for our sake. God bless, protect and keep them. And may Jesus open the eyes of the blind that they may SEE the true John Kerry, the true George Bush. Amen to all the prayers of agreement, my sisters and brothers in Christ. Amen! We Aim Higher!
