Why is Kerry in the kommie hall of fame?
The government LET ABC in.
According to the after-action report, after beaching the Swift boat, Kerry "chased VC inland, behind hooch, and shot him while he fled, capturing one B-40 rocket launcher, with round in chamber."
Does the following square with Kerrys after action report?
"Firing from over here. Firing from over there. Firing from the boat," Vo Thi Vi told Nightline.
She was only a couple hundred yards away when a Swift boat turned and approached the shore, she said, adding that the boat was unleashing a barrage of gunfire as it approached.
"I ran," she recalled, "Running fast.
And the Americans came from down there, yelling 'Attack, Attack!' And we ran."
Her husband Tam said the man who fired the B-40 rocket was hit in this barrage of gunfire. Then, he said, "he ran about 18 meters before he died, falling dead."
"When the firing started, Ba Thanh was killed," Tam said.
None of the villagers seems to be able to say for a fact that they saw an American chase the man who fired the B-40 into the woods and shoot him. Nobody seems to remember that.

That's because he wasn't there for very long, More like a pit stop.

Thanks for your insight.
Yep.
Kerry is being eased out over there. His pic is not so prominent now as it was. It was put in there early on when the communists really thought they were winners. Now it is a bit of an embarrassment and Kery and Fonda are no longer part of the regular propaganda.
Memogate!
Ping
The point is they dispute EVERYONE ELSE'S claims. If the events were remotely similar to what transpired, then Kerry and all concerned would have been awarded the Congressional Medal of Honor. But how can we dare dispute the word of communists today, when all our records were transcribed at the time of the incident?
Kerry's diary, the after action report, and Kerry's citation itself depict a different series of events from that recollected by communist villagers 35 years later. You can be sure that if 20 of the enemy were battling the Swifties in that village, Kerry would be propped up in a wheelchair today. Pursuing a wounded enemy onto a beach where 20 VC are raking the terrain with gunfire does not promote long life and happiness.
But maybe I'm being unfair. What would a communist country that idolizes John "effin" Kerry have to gain by recounting events from a fire fight 35 years ago in such a manner that impugns the man's detractors? When have communists ever been less than forthright and honest? Why, it stretches comprehension...
