This is a great site with info on carry laws and licenses in all 50 states. It has tables of receiprocity and has information that is useful not only for residents but for non-residents. For example, if you check out the Massachusetts posts, it turns out that you must ask for a "Class A LTC (License to Carry) for All Lawful Purposes" in order to be able to carry concealed and to carry a pistol with a greater than 10 round magazine.
