Why don't these societies drop everything and have the damn civil war already?
You want to live a certain way but some people say you can't and threaten to and do in fact follow thru with killing, and you---do what? Go home? Make other plans for you life?
I gues they give up quietly and submit to fascist rule. *shrug*
