As nice as that sounds, I would rather hear "Bush won".

We've been down this road before. Let's close the deal this time.

My sentiments exactly but we also need to grab Zarqawi. I have said before, I think he is the type that will give actionable intel in custody due to his own arrogance or because he is only a tough guy when his victim is bound and sitting Indian style in front of him.

If we take Fallujah away from the terrorists and grab Zarqawi, the insurgency will start to crumble.

Let's get it done before Nov 2. When people see that the city is under control and that one of the most hated terrorist leaders is in custody, they will vote for the President in great numbers.

If we "pounded" them....why only three terrorists killed? A pounding should result in thousands of terrorists killed.

Zarqawi is attainable. I do not believe that this admin. would play politics with the military situation, but I do think that if we press the offensive that there is a great possibility that we could get him within the next 7-10 days.

People should look at the support the President is getting from the military, it was like 69% in favor of the Pres. Since the Iraq war is such a voting issue, you would think if people heard that the PEOPLE WHO ARE ACTUALLY FIGHTING THIS WAR want the President to remain in office, this would help to make their choice clear in supporting Bush. Then again dimwitocrats makes no sense.

We can take Fallujah, although at a price, but they'll make darn sure Zarqawi gets away. Just like OBL. They can't let the important figureheads get taken.

It was so stupid to pull back from Fallujah and let it become a terrorist haven from which they have launched attacks against us. I don't even want to know how many GIs we lost because of that decision, but let's finish it now.

...the insurgency will start to crumble.

How about nuking the muslirat spawning grounds (Mecca). Just how are these anti-human vermin any different from the Zerg?

Agreed...I'd like to see a return to the 100:0 kill ratios we were hitting in the early days.

The brass say they're 'shaping the battlefield' for the big attack. Sounds like a Plan!

The best way I have heard it described is that there are Islamic Clerics that deserve to be behind bars more than behind a pulpit.

It's almost as good as the "shock and awe" at the start of the war. I wish we would let the military run this war and have the politicians keep their hands out of it.

Good idea.

"Pound Fallujah" probably means we dropped a bomb or two.
