Always remember: Massachusetts state tax forms have a box to check off, if you want to pay more than you have to. You owe the IRS $9000, but want to send them a check for $9100? Check the box, and write the check.
Kerry doesn't check the box. Only about .01% of MA taxpayers check the box.
Liberals want YOU to pay taxes -- not them.
