Well, none of the other drivers are standing for Junior either. And what about Dale Jarrett when he cussed not so long ago? He didn't lose any points.

Tony Stewart stood up for Junior. The two other drivers fined and assessed a point penalty for doing what Junior did were interviewed about it and said NASCAR was being fair and consistent for a change.
