No, it's Herseypark. I don't know what it's used for, but see the post below yours. The stadium holds 30,000. Also, many of Dubya's recent appearances have been held in stadiums, a fact which also speaks to the size of the crowds he's drawing everywhere.

Kerry has appeared in phone booths in the battleground states.

The stadium is used for high school football, especially for district playoffs and sometimes state finals.
