If these immigration measures are stricken from this bill and it passes, you can believe it will be the end of interior enforcement in the US, because ONE czar will have discretion over every nickel financing enforcement despite varying regional necessities. Who do you think that czar will answer to? Right - the one with his/her hiring and firing, not the US citizens.
