I would have to say yes and no, respectively.

Just days ago, Ventura had said that he did not plan to support Kerry or President Bush this election year. Flip-flopping surely is pandemic among liberals. And Jesse, despite his protestations, was a knee-jerk liberal who governed like a knee-jerk liberal.

I don't like the enrollment date, one bit. And the same poster put one up about the pie attack on Coulter. If it looks like a duck quacks like a duck, walks like a duck, and spends all of its time with ducks...

I opened this thread intending to look for a post that explained perfectly how Ventura lost it soon after he was elected.
After reading yours, I see no reason to post another...you've hit the nail squarely on the head.

Arnold's had open heart surgery, and Jesse has had blood clots. I think they'd both better stay out of the ring!

"Jesse Ventura endorses Kerry" YAWN! Irrelevant. Its like Al Gore endorsing Howard Dean. Its the kiss of death Hanoi John is finished.
To: Eric in the Ozarks
After that, he went completely nuts. Plus, his cable TV show tanked. Must've hit him hard.

Not surprising...Jessie always had Libertarian leanings.
To: ProudConservativeAmerican
ok, its a lock!! ventura is now hated by a good portion of minnesotan moderates, this will only help Bush.
To: ProudConservativeAmerican
Poor Jesse lost his manhood as governor when he constantly backed down from the attacks of the MSM.

Now I will never vote for Jesse Ventura, if he ever runs for president. He might as well ever forget about ever running for president, because I will be right here reminding everyone who he was backing.
Wish I had never cheered him on when he was wrestling.

This is just the kind of solid, well reasoned, insightful endorsement I've been waiting for.
Surely this will turn the tide and open a yawning chasm in the polls favoring Kerry.
The public just doesn't realize what a gem we have in Senator Kerry, how fortunate we are that he would even consider running. What a fantastic human being, and a great humanitarian.
Jesse's convinced me, I'm switching to Kerry too, in fact, I'm thinking seriously about voting a straight Democratic ticket.
/sarcasm off
That may have been the most difficult thing I've ever had to write.
Support W like your life depends on it, because it does...
