I'm new to FR but for what it's worth, I think this site is fantastic and what you just wrote is 100% correct. I did not watch any of the news programs today nor do I plan to watch any this week except maybe Brit. I did door to door yesterday and will be working the full 96 hour GOTV in NH. Positive attitudes translate into positive outcomes.

Right on. This week is crucial. This week, we need to put down the newspapers, turn off the TV, and just get out there and do what we can to help the president get re-elected. Put up signs. Volunteer to help with the phone bank. Go door-to-door. Distribute some flyers. Talk to your relatives and friends. Every little bit helps.
