Something really stinks here, I'm finding little reference to this "Al Qa Qaa" facility in either the Dulfer report or the March 6th 2003 UN report

Remember the report of how the US moved nuclear stuff out of Iraq and many from the UN were upset?

I can't pin point it yet .. but I have no doubt the NYT printed this story last night to give Kerry something to say at the rally today
