Projection: A mental mechanism seen in psychotics and sociopaths in which one's own personal character flaws and misbehaviors are falsely ascribed to another (innocent) person, the latter often then denounced for the projected supposed flaws.

The Democratic Party must be one great big support group for psychotics & sociopaths throughout the nation.
Projection is their parties credo.
