At the Pentagon, an official who monitors developments in Iraq said U.S.-led coalition troops had searched Al-Qaqaa in the immediate aftermath of the March 2003 invasion and confirmed that the explosives, under IAEA seal since 1991, were intact. Thereafter, the site was not secured by U.S. forces, the official said, also speaking on condition of anonymity.

Oh Yeah the John-John's BWHAHAHAHAHA

I think the NAMED reporter embedded with the 101st Airborne WITH their film footage is going to be a helluva lot more credible.

Yes I'm sure that L is SEARED into your head for eternity :)

PLEASE...get the FACTS clear here:
"The U.S. troops did find large stockpiles of more conventional weapons, but no HMX or RDX,"

The POINT of all this- is not the smaller grade ammo/weapons- but the BIG DEAL stuff - the HMX and RDX.

Not sure if you're trolling...or seeing if we can read and comprehend here...but you've posted this quote twice here. Forgive me if I seem rude- but if this is the spin the DNC is going to float, it WILL NOT SUCCEED.

Pentagon responds to missing-explosives report (NBC report mentioned)

".."NBC News was embedded with troops from the Army's 101st Airborne as they [took] over the weapons installation south of Baghdad. But they never found the 380 tons" of missing explosives, the network reported..."

I say somebody on the ground there at the time trumps a Pentagon leak artist.
